It’s been 4 years long years since the last time we held the avaLAWN afFAIR; many of you have been asking when it would return. So, to honor the ACA’s 40th anniversary, we have brought it back! And it’s going to be bigger and better than ever! There is truly something for everyone!
This year, we have added a craft & trade show in the John Lake Gymnasium that will run concurrently with the fair. We have a wide variety of craft/trade vendors. We are really excited about this addition to the fair!
Outside, in the John Lake Park, you will find so much to see and do: (if there are no times listed, they are present for the entire event)
-the return of the ever popular dunk tank
-face painting
-balloon twisting
-a magic show (5:30 – 7:00)
-horse & wagon rides
-3 bouncy castles
-a reptile show (5:30 – 7:00)
-Elsa & Batman will be present from 5:30 – 6:30
-New Hope Dog Rescue
-Saskatoon Fire Department
-and MUCH MUCH MORE!!
CAKe Hair Design will be on the stage in the gym offering discounted haircuts and braids with all proceeds going to the ACA.
Outdoors, to fill those hungry tummies, the Girl Guides will be running a full BBQ, the Avalon Alliance Church and Boy Scouts will also be serving up some yummy food.
As always, admission to the fair and all activities are free of charge. However, there is a cost for food and craft/trade fair items.
