The courses will be held outdoors at John Lake Park.  All Covid-19 protocols will be met including maximum number of people allowed in a public gathering and physical distancing.  While use of masks are encouraged, they are not mandatory for these classes.  Please note that the classes are subject to cancellation in the event of Government of Saskatchewan Health Order changes, adverse weather or if the minimum number of required participants are not met.  While the ACA will do their best to offer make up classes in the case of cancellation, this is not always possible and the ACA will not offer refunds.

Registration will be done via EMAIL and EFT from Wednesday, April 14 @ 12:00pm to Friday, April 16 @ 4:00pm and will be first received first served as space is limited. (Registration details to come at a later date). When registering for programs, please remember that only the participant registered can participate in the class.  Additionally, registrants must meet the minimum age requirements to participate in a class.

A community association membership at a fee of $5 per family/individual will be required to be purchased at the time of registration.  Community association memberships are valid city wide and we are happy to accept memberships from other City of Saskatoon community associations with proof of purchase.

The Avalon Community Association offers cost-as-a-barrier assistance for those facing financial difficulties who would like to participate in our programs. Please email [email protected] for more information prior to registration.

Instructors will contact all participants prior to class with complete class schedule and any other information required for the class (ie: supplies, appropriate dress, etc)
